We are therefore pleased to share with you the following changes in assignment effective November 2024, aimed at enhancing our operations and increasing shareholder value.
After many years of dedicated service as Managing Director of Caribbean Producers St. Lucia Limited (CPJSL), Richard Du Boulay will transition to a new role as Head of Business Development, utilizing his wealth of expertise in driving business growth.
For the time being, Gerard Conyers, will step in as Interim General Manager, for the next six months until a suitable replacement is appointed. Gerard brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to this role, drawing from a diverse and accomplished career in the distribution and management sectors.
Additionally, Ainsley Alleyne, Manager Warehouse Operations at A.S. Bryden & Sons Trinidad Limited, will join the St. Lucia operation for a six-month assignment aimed at streamlining warehouse and logistics operations. With extensive experience in operations management, Ainsley is well-equipped to enhance efficiency during this period.
Adam Conyers will succeed Gerard Conyers as Managing Director at Micon Marketing Limited (MML). Adam has been a key player at MML and its related subsidiaries for the past twenty-three years, holding senior positions in Sales and Marketing. His successful track record as a business growth driver instills confidence that the company will continue to thrive under his leadership.
Scott Fanovich, an experienced marketing professional, will take on the role of Commercial Manager, overseeing both sales and marketing. With over a decade in international sales and marketing, Scott’s expertise in various domestic and regional markets positions him to effectively advance the company’s objectives.
